Vomp & Friends membership and cancellation terms and conditions

GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to the agreement between the person mentioned in the agreement ("Member") and Vomp & Friends. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the Membership Agreement and are also available on our website.

1. Vomp and Friends membership

Children who are in good general health and who do not have any obvious health and/or disability risks may become members with the consent of their parents or guardians.

The parent or guardian is legally responsible for the membership and all fees associated with it.

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person, and no one other than the member themselves may use it.

By accepting Vomp&Friends membership, the child's parent, guardian, or other responsible person confirms that they have assessed the child's general health and consider that the child is able to participate in the activities of the Vomp&Friends center. If the child has a physical or mental disability or illness, the parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that any special needs are taken into account to ensure safe participation.

2. Membership duration and renewal

Membership entitles the member to use all Vomp&Friends services mentioned in the Membership Agreement.

Vomp & Friends membership is valid until further notice and will continue until it is terminated. The notice period is one (1) calendar month, and membership can be terminated from the start date of membership. If a binding contract period is specified in the agreement, the agreement shall remain in force for at least the binding contract period.

Membership is valid from the date specified in the Membership Agreement.

Vomp & Friends membership types and additional services are available on our website.

Members can upgrade their membership level at any time to access a wider range of services. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Members can downgrade their membership level at any time, which will result in fewer services being available to them. The downgrade will take effect at the end of the following month.

Vomp & Friends cannot guarantee the availability of places in classes where there is a limited number of places.

Vomp & Friends strives to adapt its selection and opening hours to the wishes of its members as far as possible. The center may sometimes be closed or open with limited services due to holidays, maintenance work, staff training, or force majeure.

Discounts are granted on the current list price.

3. Payments and cancellations

Members pay a monthly fee, registration fee, and other possible fees in accordance with Vomp & Friends' prices. The child's parent or guardian or other person legally responsible for the membership is responsible for paying the membership fee in accordance with the Membership Agreement.

Vomp & Friends invoices membership fees in advance, with the monthly fee for the coming month due during the previous month.

The monthly fee is paid repeatedly at the agreed time and, in exceptional cases, when special conditions apply at the time of joining. The parent, guardian, or other person legally responsible for the membership is obliged to ensure that the monthly payments are made on time and must contact Vomp & Friends customer service if a payment request is not received.

If the child's parent or guardian or other person legally responsible for the membership does not pay by the due date, regardless of the payment method, a collection letter with a new due date will be sent to them. In the event of late payment, Vomp&Friends has the right to charge costs and interest in accordance with the Collection Act, the Interest Act, and other applicable legislation.

If the child's parent or guardian or other person legally responsible for the membership has otherwise failed to make the payment and receives a payment reminder, a collection notice, or a collection letter from an external collection agency, the payment must be made using the information on the invoice from the external collection agency.

The child's parent or guardian or other person legally responsible for membership is not obliged to pay the monthly membership fee if the services of the Vomp & Friends center are not available.

4. Member responsibilities

The person responsible for membership undertakes to familiarize themselves with and instruct their child to act in accordance with Vomp&Friends' safety rules, rules of conduct, and instructions given by staff.

The person responsible for membership must notify Vomp&Friends of any changes to their contact details/payment details. This applies to changes in name, address, email address, phone number, and all other relevant information. The notification must be made without delay.

The person responsible for the membership must notify Vomp&Friends of any changes in circumstances that result in the Member no longer being entitled to a particular discount. The notification must be made without delay.

The personal profile of the person responsible for the membership is available to members belonging to the same household (siblings) via Vomp&Friends' digital software. The person responsible for the membership must not allow other natural persons or legal entities to use these services, for example by passing on their username.

5. Termination and amendment of the membership agreement

The child's parent or guardian or person legally responsible for the membership has the right to terminate the Membership Agreement (right of withdrawal) within 14 days of the date of conclusion of the Membership Agreement. Termination requires filling out a termination form during a visit to the Vomp & Friends center.

Membership can be terminated at any time from the start date of membership. The notice period is one (1) calendar month, after which the termination will take effect at the end of the following month.

If Vomp&Friends and the Member both agree that continuing training would pose a significant risk of adverse effects to the Member's health, the Membership Agreement will be terminated immediately. Vomp&Friends may require a written statement from a healthcare provider, in which it takes responsibility for the Member's ability to exercise at the Vomp&Friends center.

Vomp&Friends reserves the right to change membership fees and other fees and terms and conditions.

When changing membership fees, Vomp&Friends reserves the right to change the prices of existing agreements annually in accordance with the consumer price index without prior notice. In the case of other price changes, Vomp&Friends must notify members of the change at least one (1) month in advance by email or text message. The price change will take effect one (1) month after the notification is sent, starting from the first month of the change.

6. Personal injury, storage, and liability in the event of theft

Members always participate at their own risk. Vomp&Friends is not liable for any injuries sustained by Members while at the Vomp&Friends center.

Vomp&Friends is not liable for theft or other loss of personal property brought to the center by Members.

7. Processing of personal data and communication
